The Original Donkey Ball Factory & Store in Kainaliu is looking for friendly, positive individuals to join our fun work team. We are looking for full-time and part-time customer service associates that love to interact with customers and exhibit the aloha spirit.

Our customer service associates are expected to do the following:

Customer Service:

* Show desire and ability to connect with our customers and deliver the best service and shopping experience.

* Develop strong product knowledge across all categories and ability to communicate that information to our customers.

*Show ability to create and serve high-quality coffee drinks out of our cafe.

Operational Excellence:

* Understand and accurately processes all POS transactions.

* Complete all of the daily tasks, per manager/company directive, in a timely and accurate manner.

* Maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

* Ensure that the store's standards are being maintained on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

* Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Able to stand for extended periods of time.

* Able to safely lift packages up to 30 pounds in weight.

Skills and Abilities Required:

* Professional selling and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

* Works well in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kealakekua, HI 96750: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• POS: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cashiering: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
